The regulatory landscape, and why it is the map
the regulatory map
Crypto regulation varies enormously by jurisdiction and changes fast, and it decides what a reader can actually do - so it is the map, not a footnote. The UK case, stated plainly throughout the track: the FCA has banned the sale of crypto derivatives to retail consumers since January 2021, promotion rules tightened through 2023, and the reader's access is a legal fact of where they are. Education about structure is universal; access is jurisdictional; and conflating them is the error this lesson closes.
