What a crypto journal records
the crypto journal
The platform's record, plus crypto's own columns: the venue (which book, at what counterparty exposure), the custody state (traded from float or moved), the pair and base (module 2), and the chosen-day stamp, because no close supplies one. A crypto journal missing venue and custody has not recorded the asset class's defining risks - it recorded a price and lost the two things that actually sink crypto accounts.
This lesson is part of the advanced modules.
Modules 6 to 8 are included with a paid account. The definitional summary above is the whole of this page until then.
