Outcome bias at velocity: the nightly grade's other trap

over-reaction at velocity

The daily mark's behavioural trap, and it is the mirror of every prior track's: not losses hidden too long, but losses felt too often. Nightly cash grades tempt the trader to grade the rule nightly too - cutting approved triples on a bad week's noise, resizing on a good one's - when the sample arithmetic says a week of a futures rule is statistically almost nothing. The machinery's honesty, weaponised against patience.
