What to record, and what not to
journal fields
The fields that make later analysis possible are the setup name, entry, stop, target, size, exit, result and the reason at the time. The reason has to be written before the outcome is known - afterwards it is reconstruction, and it will reliably reconstruct into something that makes the outcome look predictable.
