The full machinery of distribution: declaration names the amount and dates, the ex-date strips entitlement, the record date fixes the register, payment delivers the cash - with specials, DRIPs and total-return accounting as the working extensions. Module 3 priced the ex-date step; this lesson owns the whole cycle, because long-horizon equity results are mostly unintelligible without it.
