The migration of market leadership between sectors as conditions change: rate-sensitive groups leading one regime, cyclicals another, defensives the falls. The tendencies have mechanisms - sectors' businesses genuinely answer to different forces - and the textbook cycle map is a regime claim, not a clock: held to the same standard as every personality this platform has taught, it is a reading aid with dated failures.
