The record of how positions ended: which expired worthless, which were closed before expiry, which were exercised or assigned, and what each ending cost - because options' endings carry frictions and assignment risk (module 3, module 4) that the review must grade. The log answers whether the exit discipline held: were positions closed before pin risk and assignment, or left to resolve into surprises the plan should have prevented?
